Annual Reporting System (ARS)

The Annual Reporting System enables employers to file the forms required to complete the annual reporting process via a combination of diskette and paper forms generally produced from the software. A instructional booklet and CD file with the ARS were mailed to all employers in early June. The below links are available for employers who had problems downloading the CD or lost the booklet.
